Printed Apparel Care Instructions

Follow The Garment Care Label (You Know The One Behind Your Neck)

Follow the care instructions printed on the garment label. Often you will find that it will say "Do Not Iron". Most of the time it is because the fabric is heat sensitive. We recommend turning the garment inside out and wash in cold water.

Hang drying is always best.If you must use a dryer set it on a low tumble dry. It might take a little longer, but it will help preserve the integrity of not only the garment itself but also the image printed on the shirt.

Do Not Dry Clean!

Dry cleaning will break down the adhesives for any shirt that has a heat transfer image or ruin the ink on a garment has been created using screen printing.

Do Not Use Fabric Softeners Or Oxy

Fabric softeners are going to dull your shine! That is, they create a cloudy film on the surface of screen print ink (which is what the majority of our images are made of). Oxy is just like using bleach and will remove the pigment on both decals and ink printed garments.

Do Not Use An Iron

Decals, transfers, and ink printed garments are not meant to take direct heat. It will ruin the print. If you need to get wrinkles out use a garment steamer moving quickly across the garment.
